Omigod...
I'm still recovering from the show Sunday night at the Capitol in
PtChester.
What a great venue...plenty of room, a big empty balcony to move around
in...nice, small, intimate theater.

And the show...2 words: brain melt...
I can't remember the setlist...I just know they played a lot of basic
stuff...Stompbox, Snail Shell, Particle Man, Birdhouse, Don't Let's
Start...lotsa cool stuff.

Horn section too! Wow! A trombone player and a *kickass* trumpet guy.

The encores were the best though (2 encores...wow)...Just Linell and teh
trumpet guy came out for the second one...Linell played a scary doodad on
his keybaord while the trumpet guy blew his bloody brains out the bell of
his trumpet, then the whole thing went into Istanbul! The Frankenstein
with the horns was hot too (IMHO, that song cannot be properly played
without horns).

And there's another gig at the Academy on 4/1!!!

Damn, I love this band.
