Presumably you mean "one and the same." Yes, they are. "They Might
Be Giants," the album, has a host of nicknames so that we don't have
to keep calling it They Might Be Giants (the album), which is a bit
unwieldy for everyday use. Common nicknames include:
The Pink Album (TPA)
The Big Blue Dog Album
Eponymous
Self-titled (S/T)
Truth Or Sandwiches

A rule of thumb--if you see an album title that you don't recognize,
it's probably Pinky.
