Amazon probably does have it-- but if you're looking for an online
place where you can pre-order it with the website explicitly stating
that they have an extra disk, then this site should do (though it's
rather pricey)-- http://www.cdonline.com.au/?event=search.viewProduct&catalogueNumber=LISN82009_1
TMBG's MySpace has more proofins with their link to Amazon (both lines
are linked):
Click HERE to order The Else at Amazon.
This first edition includes a FREE, FULL LENGTH BONUS DISC!
Sorry if you weren't aware of the first pressing thing or something,
but that information's pretty much everywhere. Rant rant rantie rant.
Just guessing here, but... probably because people want to make sure
they get the bonus disc?

Yeah, I had read that the "physical release" of The Else would include
the disc, but I've been burned by Amazon previously, in a similar
situation, and thought this Group would be a nice place to come for
clarification.
Thanks, anyway, for dishing out your reply with a dollop of
condescension on top, all for little ol' me! You're so cool.
Amazon is your friend for many things, but I'll personally be waiting
until I can physically hold the CD and find the words "bonus disc
included" or some such thing. That's probably silly of me, but as
much as I look forward to this disc (I don't have it downloaded or
copied in any form) I'll wait until I'm sure I can buy it just once.
Until I can get the bonus DVD and the tracks from the Netherlands, at
least.

I'm right there with you. The lack of anxiety is worth the couple extra
dollars and also, we'll be getting it on the release day without
worrying about shipping. Let the guys who sprang for the iTumes version
try to save a few bucks and sweat out the bonus disc.

I'd be wary with Amazon. They sometimes have problems handling multiple
editions of the same album. FWIW, it does explicitly state under the
"About the Artist" section for The Else that the first edition of the
album comes with a 23 song bonus disc.
