You're right either way. His name is George Steven Morrison.
Are you sure it was Jim's brother? I wasn't aware Andy lived in England.

How can you be a fan of Jim Morrison and not know he had a sister???
I'm a fan of The Doors.

I think there are different types of fan-dom. For instance, I love
David Bowie - I probably listen to his music more than that of the
Doors' - but I haven't a clue if Bowie has any siblings. In fact, I
picked up a DB bio last week and can't maintain the interest needed to
work my way through it... otoh, I've read just about every
Doors/Morrison book that's been published. Go figure?
Anyway, "-" if you're interested, "Break on Through" is a wonderful
Morrison bio and the beginning of Patricia's book "Angels Dance and
Angels Die" has a lot of information about Jim's early years. You can
find a photo of a semi-smirking, teenaged Jim with his brother and
sister in the book "Dark Star".
Marisa
There's a previously unpublished photo of Jim, Anne and Andy in my book as
well.

Oops, sorry, indeed there is - the San Diego beach photo with Jeff and
Jay Morehouse. I forgot Anne was in that one.
OT:
Patricia, did Pamela look like her sister? I've never seen a photo of
Judy and have always wondered if she shared Pamela's remarkable bone
structure (great cheekbones, strong jaw, etc..).
Marisa
I've never seen a photo of Judy. From what people told me, Judy was pretty
enough, but Pamela was a knockout. Judy had brown hair and was, I'm told,
fairly average and didn't fare well in comparison with Pamela. By the way,
Judy was Pamela's half sister. It seems Penny had Judy as a result with a
liaison with a soldier when she was about 16. Corky adopted Judy after he
married Penny and Judy's birth certificate was altered to list Corky as the
father.
That must have been hard for Judy.
Thanks, Patricia.
Marisa
Judy was only 4 or 5 at the time, and Corky was probably the first father she'd
known, so it probably wasn't so bad for her. In fact from what I've heard of
Penny, having Corky as a steadying influence was probably the best thing that
could have happened to her.
