Garath, don't try to promote yourself in this way, it just pisses people
off, and they will never listen to your stuff!
If you really want to get noticed, try and contribute, help with song ID's
and generally take an interest in the group.
How would you feel if we all stood outside your front door and windows with
banners saying check this out, all the time?

Don, to get payback for playback earnings you need to go to your artist
area, select your tracks and turn the payback option on.

Hi Don

If a memebr of the public listens to one of your songs, its the mp3
advertisiers who pay the payback royalties. The public only pay if they
choose to buy one of your CD's /Albums.
Don't feel like you are raping people...
..would you go into a store and buy a CD/Album from an artist you don't
like? Neither will people visiting your mp3 page!
Its also fun to receive money for something you enjoy doing, especially if
it pleases people. I know it helps to buy better equipment etc.
