does anyone know when the big party time really starts off in Ibiza? I
am planning on being in Spain next spring and plan on staying until
May... will the clubs have really started getting ready to party or does

it not really start until later? And does anyone know where the best
places to party / stay are? Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks!

Someone who puts Eivissa should at least know to call it Catalonia or
Catalunya rather than Spain - oh well the tourists have bastardised
another land into being the way they think it should be.

Just try and make an effort to learn Catalan if you're going to spend
any significant amount of time there.

The Ibiza-Season usually starts at the beginning
of June. It ends in the middle of September. At
Spring time you only have the chance to visit the
"Pachas", the only Club that has opend also in
the winter. Perhaps there are other small clubs,
but for the main techno-clubs it is June - September.

Actually, I am going to be all over Spain throughout the spring, not just the
Catalan region. I was just hoping to make it down to Ibiza before I left.
But since you were too busy making assumptions about me and waxing
holier-than-thou to actually help me or provide any info (about which you
must clearly know something, C.I.P. your reference to Spanish geography),
thank you very much for absolutely nothing.

(Markus Peters, thanks for that post.)

the Catalan country doesn't constitute any part of "going all over
Spain"

And yes I do know a lot about the region and no I'm not going to tell
a trash-it-up tourist like you.
