Artist name for ~1999 track "Stay"

I'm trying to find the artist of a techno track from around 1999, that
I've always liked but never known the name of.

I was recently out at a club that had a video jukebox playing the
track, so went and investigated. The display showed the name "Stay",
but the artist name was a bit too long to remember. (alcohol didn't
help)The artist name was French it appeared, and was two or three
words.

I've done a search at CD Now for the track name, but with a name like
Stay, there's too many results listed. Any of the dance albums listed,
are usually compilations, so the artist isn't listed with it.

If any one can help with the name of the artist for this track, I'd
appreciate it. I'd really like to get hold of the track.
