Does any one have a discography of Neil Landstrum, or atleast know of
any work by him apart from "Brown By August"

I am also trying to track down "Open fire fire at will"which album or
E.P. is this on.
And what is the name of that tune with the "Prepare the Cameras, Ready
to Flash" sample in it.
If anyone can help just post a reply.
By the way, while I have your attention, I would like to state that
House music is Lame.

Yeah I just picked up Brown By August and it has a shit load of good
tracks, my favorite being finnish deception, but all of them are real
good.

Actually the sample is "Camera's ready, prepare to flash." I have that
record at my house somewhere, I'll look for it in a little while and
find out.

Yeah, I think house music for the most part is lame, I have heard some
good Hard House tho,

Hope this is of help.
The Landstrumm track your are after "Open Fire" I believe is on his 12"
called "Inhabit the Machines" on Peacefrog records (UK). A full
Landstrumm discography is available at www.ednet.co.uk/~ehx/main.htm
If you don't have web access let me know and I'll send you a copy of it.
The other track you mention is "Flash" by Green Velvet on Refief Records.
It has since been re-released on Open Records (UK) backed with various
remixes. Make sure you get the original which is available on one of the
Open 12's.

Good luck

Track is called Blam the target... but I have seen it only as a single,
so I don't know which album it is from.

Green velvet / Flash [relief]
And relief 750 is great too.. flash remixes (incl. boo williams,
paul johnson, dj rush, etc, etc)

Hi Landstrumer!

Perhaps you want to have a look to a Techno Station with some news, an
interview and music of Neil Landstrum.

The web site is in Spain and if you have the plug in Shockwave, you can
play the music on line. Look inside teh Undersounds section.

I'm sure you would like it

I believe that Fire at Will (Marshall Jefferson) and Flash, are both on
the Journeys by DJ Justine Robertson compilation from a few months ago,
I could be wrong.

By the way, while i have your attention, i would like to state that House music is not
Lame (although anything with lyrics sends me into dry heaves)
