It's not possible unfortunately.
.svq files are not music files inasmuch as they don't contain any sounds.
They contain data that refers to (MIDI) sounds on the instrument or
device playing them.
.wav files on the other hand are self-sufficient sound files which
actually contain sound data - which is why they are so big.
The only way a .svq file can be played on a non-Roland
sequencer/instrument is to save it out as a MIDI file and play that on a
MIDI compatible soundcard etc.
I use an MC-80 sequencer and save the files in the internal .svq format.
If I want to give someone else a copy of the file I save it out as a MIDI
file onto a floppy.

I think you should be able to connect the output of your SP50 to the
input of a soundcard, play the file, press record in your audio-program
and you have your wav-file. That way you can preserve the original
sounds. Or isn't it that simple?
