When running in the background, iGO Navigation cannot download any maps. Please note that the app has to be opened. We suggest that you download the desired content via a Wi-Fi network to avoid any extra data transfer costs.
Android: The Location feature on you device may be disabled for iGO Navigation. To check it, please go to Settings/Location. The other features may use mobile data or a Wi-Fi-network to get information about your current position. iGO Navigation only works with GPS signals, because this service is available at no cost, and does not require data transfer during navigation.
