Yes! Do a search on google there was a rough draft of it done by Anthony and
reposted later by me (mydarkstar)! Shouldn't be hard to find. Type in some
of the lyrics you think he's saying at the end as a keyword to narrow down
the search.

There are a couple of others as well - the intros to So Young and The Living
Dead spring to mind.

If anyone has the answers I would be grateful.

I think the spoken bit at the end of The Asphalt World is a sample
from the the film The Birds, at least, that's what i've heard.
The shrieky bit at the beginning of So Young is 'She can...start...to
walk out...when she wants'. Dunno about The Living Dead...

I doubt this is right, but I always hear it as "[We can] Seek out the stars
to walk on - if we want... [because we're young etc]."

Don't care if that isn't what Brett's singing - It's my truth and I'm
sticking to it!

I've got to admit, when I heard the lyrics, "...don't care for the uk
tonight..." I actually thought he was singing, "...don't care whether you
came tonight..."!! After about a year or so I actually sat down and read the
lyrics and pissed myself laughing when I realised what a goose I'd been!

i know the lyrics to stay together have been brought up recently, but some
people tend to think the second and fourth lines in the chorus are "let's
die together", which i guess is quite fitting, with the video and all. i
doubt though anyone can really be 100% sure about it.3

-joe-

p.s. something funny i read somewhere - brett time stories i think -
"because we're young" had been misheard as "be cosmonauts", which i found
endlessly amusing.
