Please ID this music

Hello. This is probably a long shot.

I heard this trans like music in a MADD (Mother's against drunk
driving) advertisement just recently. I'm hoping someone can ID it.
Like I said, it had a "trans" like sound quality to it.

The visual of the MADD advert starts with a girl on a swing and she
walks to a empty grass patch and lies down. And over her comes a
white cloth like you'd put over someone who has died. That's the
visuals of the MADD advertistment so you know which one I'm refering
to.

I'd like to know the song that's in that advert.

It has a child like voice over the music. The only words I managed to
catch was :

"..all the people.."

I think that's what I heard. Anyway if someone can ID that song, it
would be great.
