I met up with Charlie Tokyo from the UK this morning in chat, and he had
something to add to the Green Book lyric interpretation. He said the "house
on fire" reference is Buddhist. That was a new one on me.

Anyone?

How about:
http://www.buddhismtoday.com/english/texts/samyutta/sn1-41.html

or there's an 'old country' alternative at:
http://www.courseworkbank.co.uk/coursework/h_tri_thine_house_on_fire_125/
which seems pretty straightforward (the way that SD things usually are).

Cheers!
