Hi All,

I attended the Mid State Fair concert in Paso Robles. Because I had
such and incredibly great time I want to see SD on this tour a second
time. I'm going to be in NYC the week of the 9/8-13 and was thinking
about going to the concert at the Roseland Ballroom on 9/12.
Wondering if anyone has ever attend a concert event at Roseland and
what was that experience like. If Roseland does not happen for me a
second arrangement would be the Santa Barbara Bowl on 9/28.

TIA

...roseland is a real fun place to see them...saw them there several years
ago...holds only 2000 or so people, maybe a little more, all standing, no
seating...a former ballroom, as in ballroom dancing, it's a reminder of days
past....the cool thing is you can squeeze your way back and forth and see them
in the front, middle or the back...i am always amazed by the strength of mr.
fagen's voice (and he's very muscular too!!..
doc
p.s. the parentheses will never close!

Thanks. I went to tickemaster and said to myself...I don't want to be in
standing room only...but since the venue is all standing room...and based on
your advice.....thought it would be pretty neat

Well I scored two tickets to this Roseland concert this morning (up a
6 am here in California) Since it is standing room only is it really
crowded or is the big crowd close to the stage. I've been in Roseland
once. I got tickets to see a taping of the Late Show with David
Letterman. It was raining that day so instead of staging the audience
on the sidewalk they staged us in Roseland. It seemed to be a really
large hall and was wondering how many people the squeeze in there for
a concert.

Thanks
