"KTC Soul Food" UK TV advert music?

Hi,
In the UK TV I've recently seen a new Kentucky Fried Chicken advert which
contains a piece of soul music I've been looking for years. Unfortunately I
know neither the title nor the artist!
Can anyone help? The TV ad ends showing the words "KFC Soul Food".

a sudden? take your pick iv'e heard these four?
