someone i met the other day wants me to make them a compilation tape of
loads of sonic youth songs so she can see if she likes the band, and
which albums she'd probably like best. she's heard death valley 69 and
sunday (and really liked them), but what other songs does everyone think
i should put on there?? i want her to hear an equal amount of stuff sung
by thurston, kim and lee.

French Tickler, Snare Girl, maybe Teenage
Riot, and maybe the Diamond Sea if you have space...
I might hold out on the Confusion is Sex era stuff...well, I guess it depends
on her temperment.
