The Busters do a song called "Scooter Maniacs" on their "Ruder Than Rude"
album... It's a really good album. I think it's on Moon or Rotz or
something...

Agreed, it is a shitty song. You can also check out the sound of a Vespa GS
on the Bosstones 'Where did you go' on just about every one of their early
albums. There are lots of ska songs that mention scooters or have the sound of
a scooter in them, just have to hunt them out. While you are at it chop the
P2Common, make it lean and mean.

Bah! Lammys are crap I tell ya crap!!!.

Who wants songs about scooters? Most of those songs are pretty weak. I'd
rather see scooters in videos, like the Fine Young Cannibals' "Good Thing",
Third Eye Blind's "Semi-Charmed Life", and my own masterful appearance in
the Pietasters' "Out All Night".

You're not in the club, nor will you ever be. But you can be the first
victim in the annual scooterists vs. rockers brawl. Additionally if you
can't even spell Leisure how can you be in the club?

There's a song on Warsaw's "Battle Ska Galactica" CD called "Rude Girl"
with a line that says "you rode your Vespa right through me."
Also, F.Y.I.: Dave's Big Deluxe hosts an annual scooter convention here
in Tucson, AZ, every October. It's cool on the first night when all the
Vespas and other scooters from all over the country fill up the entire
parking lot of Hotel Congress. Then they have a big caravan down south
to Nogales, Mexico. It's a really fun event and worth coming to if
you're interested.
Dave's Big Deluxe might have songs about scooters too, but I can't think
of any.
