Attention:  Media Representatives

Greetings!

Media representatives will be able to interview and photograph the
artists performing at Vermont Reggae Festival.  To guarantee that all
media will have ample and equal opportunity, we have established the
following guidelines.

Thanks in advance for your anticipated understanding and cooperation.

1. BACK STAGE PASS GUIDELINES:

A. No one will be allowed back stage without a back stage pass.

B. Only accredited press representatives will be issued back stage
passes, which is for the sole and exclusive use of that specific press
representative.  Please do not ask for back stage access for
friends/family; access will not be granted.

C. To request a back stage media pass, contact Susan DeLeon (information
above).

D. All press representatives will be escorted in, and out, of the back
stage and/or press tent by Susan DeLeon, Nan Lewis or Anita Aubin.

2. TIME GUIDELINES:

A. Due to the limited amount of space, and for the comfort of the
artists, the number of press representatives who will be allowed back
stage/press tent access at any given time will be monitored, and at the
discretion of Susan DeLeon, Nan Lewis or Anita Aubin.

B. Interviews and photo sessions will have a time limit; the amount of
time will be determined by the number of interview requests per artist.

3. PHOTOGRAPHY GUIDELINES:

A. Photographers will have unlimited access to a reserved area
immediately in front of the stage, and may photograph artists during
their performances.

B. Photographers will have limited access to photograph artists in the
press tent after their performances;  they will be escorted in, and out,
of the press tent by Susan DeLeon, Nan Lewis or Anita Aubin.

4. TENTATIVE BAND SCHEDULE FOR INTERVIEWS/PHOTOGRAPHS:

10:00 AM - 11:00 AM Jah Works
11:15 AM - 12:15 PM Rocky Dawuni
12:30 PM -  1:45 PM Lazah Current
2:00 PM -   2:45 PM Clinton Fearon & Boogie Brown Band
3:00 PM -   3:45 PM Nadine Sutherland
  4:00 PM -   4:45 PM The Itals
  5:00 PM -   5:45 PM Mikey Dread
  6:00 PM -   6:45 PM Tanto Metro & Devonte
7:00 PM or  9:30 PM Beenie Man
