The Conn "Naked Lady" sax has gotten me all worked up,
I guess. ;)

1.) Wet Dreams - Max Romeo (covered also by The Inspirations
and Bad Manners)

2.) Big Five - Prince Buster (the horn blasts are way too funny to
even take the song seriously. also covered by the Fat
Bastard.)

3.) Push It In - The Versatiles (no explaination needed here. Ahem!!)

4.) Rub It, Squeeze It - Lee Perry (Aheeeeeeeeeemm!!!)

That's all I can conjure up at the moment, but this should be interesting
to see. Dancehall tunes don't count here. That would be too damn easy!!

I never thought of that as a sexual line, i figured Vic was saying that the
cop's use of violence and aggression was self-justified, hence, "wrongs that
feel so right".....i really doubt the cop and Vic are getting it on under an
electric light

maybe it is, maybe it isn't... but in the liner notes, it says something about
child abuse... could just be a brutal beating, though, but it's infinitely more
haunting if you read it as sexual abuse.

The Versatiles have two track on the Joe Gibbs Reggae Train cd. One is this,
and the other is Trust the Book. It just strikes me as kind of funny.

Dr. Dick by Lee Perry is pretty unforgettable.

The Saint vs. Sinner concept is prevelant in Ska,
especially Prince Buster. One song he'll praise the
good book and the next track he's getting his
groove on.

That's a good tune too.

"Birth Control" by Lloydie and the Lowbites has got to be up there on the
list. It's basically an instrumental with the sounds of people having sex
in the background. It's pretty amusing, and the music's good too.

Yeah, and many people don't remember that Judge Dread and I cut a dubplate back
in '93, of a song called "Skip To My Loo" but no one seemed to really take to
it very much. I had him re-record it with Leigh as "Skip To My Leigh" which
actually did much better and made its way onto vinyl, with "Skip To My Dub" as
the b-side. We sold all 4 copies.

I never thought of that song as sexual, but maybe I'm just slow.

I think Trojan put out a couple of cds dedicated to these songs called For
Adults Only or something along those lines. Just something else to add to the
list of things which I should get at some point.

Well, it might be just me, I'm known for being a pervert, but I came to
the conclusion awhile ago that "Little Engine" was about a guy having
sex, the "little engine" being his penis.

MU330's stuff, the whole song:

"Sure I like your style
And I'd like to talk awhile
But all I really like
Is mealin' on your stuff.

You don't even know how much I care for you
Care to see you naked!
Naked as can be!

I'm just so tired of romance
I just want to get in your pants!
I just want to
Meal on your stuff

Badaboom, badabing and then you're
Bouncin' on my thing
And then the next thing that
You ask for is a ring

You don't even know how much I plan for you
I plan to take your money!
And buy a new guitar!

I don't want a love that will last,
I just want a piece of your ass!
I just want to
Meal on your stuff!

Manipulator. Great vintage Toasters song, but not as "risque" as many others,
though.

Hmm, in listening once again to the new Specials cd (which kicks so much ass it
really does defy belief) while reading this thread, I happened to think to
throw into the mix the new song from them, "Fantasize," all about how Neville
can't get laid so he spends all his time thinking about it. It's a pretty
funny song, and it goes into a bit of detail...
