Hi,
I'm working on transcribing some Ben Webster tunes: Single Petal of A Rose
and Over The Rainbow. I'm just starting out so it's a very long process!
Very beneficial though!!!

Still I would like to build up my inventory more quickly. Could you point
me to sources of transcriptions of Ben's stuff?

I found a reference to a book called Ben Webster's Solos which is no longer
in print... Any good used copies out there?

Thanks!
Danny

if it's not in print- try

Thanks Andy,
I'll keep trying Amazon & EBay and Chapters here in Canada.
Do you happen to know what tunes are in this book? I haven't yet found any
site that goes into detail about the contents.

In the meantime, if anyone out there wants to sell me a used copy...!!!

Cheers
Danny

It so happems that I do happen to know that !....

Bye Bye Blackbird, All Too Soon, Soulville, De Dar,
In A Mellow Tone, Where Are You, When I Fall In Love, Cottontail
(and possibly more ???)

Looks like some nice ballads in there.
I must keep a lookout for a copy for myself ;-)
