Maybe I should try to get in s-hap-e soon. :-)

The physical and mental health carrots are now on for
everyone. I don’t know if any stick was in the popthrough
consequences. If not, the only stick that is on for now
is the guilty conscience for minor criminal and worse
who are not following their healing circle prescriptions.
A more severe stick will come on shortly for medium
criminal and worse who are not following their healing
circle prescriptions.

Minor criminal and better will automatically get them;
medium criminal and worse will get them if they
start following their healing circle prescriptions,
though without doing so they may have gotten
some mental health healing that would reduce
their criminality.
