Hey, A friend of mine showed me his mix of songs he brought over from
Germany. In one of the songs called "Die Flut," there were 2 men singing. I
swear, one of the men sounds exactally like Till Lindemann. When I looked for
information on it, it said something about how Rammstein was involved with it.
Has anyone ever heard this song? Does anyone know what I'm talking about?
If anyone can download that song from MP3 and hear it, please do so and tell me
I'm not crazy for thinking it's Till Lindemann singing!

I believe that they guy you are speaking of is Witt Hepner(or something like
that). He has a song called "die Flut". And yes, I have heard that it sounds
almost identical to Till...therefore explaining the Rammstein "connection"

Joachim Witt and Peter Heppner are two different persons. The one who
sounds almost identical to Till is Joachim Witt. In other songs he does
not sound so similar to Till.

Yes, this is correct, die flut is by a duo called witt heppner, they
have an album out bayreuth eins. Die Flut is from that.

The band comprises of popular solo artist, Joachim Witt and someone
else called Peter Heppner, One of they guys has a strong similarity to
Till, however closer comparison definatly confirms no. The second voice
you hear is totally not rammstein at all. The Music too is simialar to
Rammstein's style, and all this tricks people that are told they ARE
rammstein.

I still like the group and am trying to get a hold of their album,
however until then, check out my site at http://7khat.tsx.org it has
more info on the band, plus Die Flut mp3 and another witt mp3.

I also ave the literal translation to that song lying about somewhere
at home, if anyone is interested in it, I will process it for the site.
All I can say off by hand is that Die Flut translates to The Flood and
it's a pretty weird song.

Witt Heppner do have a home page on sonymusic.de, but it's german, but
still check it out, you can see a printout of the song in german.

But that's about all I have to say right now.

Witt had a hit in the early 80愀:
"Der Goldene Reiter" or so...

Heppner is the voice of "Wolfsheim"

I may be the only one who doesn't know this, but who is Wolfsheim? I'm
assuming it's a character, but a character of what movie?

It's the name of a band, actually.

Do you like Wolfsheim? What kind of music is it? Is it a new or old band?
I've never heard of that band before
