EMINEM GETS NO GRIEF FROM LIMP

LIMP BIZKIT's FRED DURST has defended EMINEM's new single 'THE REAL SLIM
SHADY', even though it contains slurs on both him and teen pop star
CHRISTINA AGUILERA.
On the single, Eminem attacks pop artists, including 'N Sync and Britney
Spears, before imagining Christina Aguilera performing a sex act on both
Limp Bizkit frontman Fred Durst and MTV presenter Carson Daly.
Speaking to www.mtv.com, Durst defended the single, saying: "For one thing,
it's not true, so it doesn't bother me. I really like that girl. I think
she's an amazing singer. She's going to be one of those amazing icon women.
I'm really attracted to her, I like her, and I've talked to her a couple of
times, and that's that. I haven't had any type of relationship with her, or
any type of intercourse with her. She's never sucked my dick, she's never
sucked Carson's."
In the video for the 'The Real Slim Shady' an inflatable doll which
supposedly resembles the singer sits between a Daly lookalike and Durst at
an awards show. Durst revealed he is friends with Eminem, adding: "I'm a
friend of his, and when he throws me in the mix, I'm not offended. It's so
over-the-top, I know that people aren't going to think this is true."
However, Aguilera has acted angrily to the song. She told US reporters:
"It's disgusting and offensive, and above all it's not true."
Eminem's opinions on pop bands have not been confined to his music. Speaking
in a recent edition of NME, he collectively labelled them as "fake, trash,
horrible" and having "no talent", adding: "Boy/Girl bands - little watered
down pop groups, made bands, somebody sticks 'em together and makes
something that's artificial, that's fuckin' phoney. Fuck 'N Sync, fuck
Backstreet Boys, fuck Britney Spears, fuck Christina Aguilera. That shit is
trash to me, fuckin' no talent."
Eminem is currently in the UK with Dr Dre. The rapper was in London
yesterday (April 27) to record a live version of 'The Real Slim Shady' for
BBC1's Top Of The Pops show. His new album, 'The Marshall Mathers LP', is
released on May 29 through Aftermath/Interscope.

up dissed her... she even said in interviews that she likes bad boys, so
what did she expect?? i know it would suck to get slammed by someone you
like, and it was kinda harsh, but you just gotta take eminem's lyrics
with a grain of salt, as it were... he says anything if it rhymes and
sounds funny... and as for fred, he and eminem are friends and even did
a song together (turn me loose)... plus eminem was in the "break stuff"
video and fred was (duh) in the "real slim shady" video... sucks to be
christina aguilera, but i will admit she has talent though

but although britney is a hardcore popster (isn't that an oxymoron?),
christina aguilera does have singing talent... her songs are pop crap,
but if she had a better writer she could get past that cause her singing
really is good
