Steven *is* Aerosmith as much as Freddy *is* (was) Queen.

Steve has expressed an interest in a solo career. He wants to be the main
focus. He wouldn't fit in Queen.

Besides, can you imagine a Tyler vocaled Bohemian Rhapsody?

I don't want to.

BTW, its Freddie, not Freddy.

It's Steven, not Steve :-P

Actually. I'd like to here it. I liked the Axl Rose version, I would
like to hear this one.

Tyler's a huge star in his own right, he's probably only interested in The
STEVEN TYLER PROJECT right now. Personally, I hope it crashes and burns and
he has to run back to Joe Perry.

It looks like they're trying to mend fences, sorta:

I didn't mean to say I want to see him replace Freddie and now Paul, but
I would like to hear him sing some Queen classics.

Of all the covers Steven Tyler could do ... any Queen song is at the bottom
of my list.
It just wouldn't work.

Freddie Mercury has opera training, and it shows in the Queen catalog.
Tyler would be out of his element here.
And quite honestly, I think Steven Tyler has 0% interest in considering
this.

Aerosmith and Queen are / were two great bands.
They are, however, apples and oranges.

Can you imagine Freddie singing 'Back in the Saddle'?

Paaaleeeeze!
