OT: Satellite TV?

Hey guys...

just wondering if those who have satellite systems [dish network, directTV,
etc] could lemme know how service has been [audio/video], customer support,
etc...

i've been looking around the net, but i don't know if i can believe half of
what is out there...

then again, can i believe half of what i read here? :)

seriously though, i would appreciate any praise/horror stories you might
have.

Go with DishNetwork, they have basically everything you can think of except
like the NFL football packages, but they have all broadcast channels now
including ABC, CBS, FOX, CBS, UPN & WB

Prince Fan is right. Go Dish Network. I had Directv and do not want to go
into a long post on the problems I have with Directv. Also, I believe the
two companies are looking to merge anyway. The only problem with
DishNetwork is less choice of different receivers.

hey princefan,does dishnetwork offer HDTV programming?
also,anybody on AMP have HDTV?
i recently bought a hdtv big screen,PAN PT51HX41,and i`m looking into the
best/least expensive way to actually watch some HDTV.
i`m in orange county so i`m not sure if i just get a set top box(decoder) if
i`m in range to get the Over the air signal.or should i try directv,which i
don`t really want to do cause it will be expensive as fuck.
anybody?
