Yes, The Artist Formerly Known As Prince sings the song (officially called
P Control). It's off the 1995 album The Gold Experience.

I know that The Artist sings "Pussy Control" but I saw Carmen in an
interview with Howard Stern on E! and she mentioned that she sang that
song too. Its not on her album though. I wonder if he planned to give it
to her and things didnt proceed?
