Be carefull ordering from these people folks... remember what it was like last
year around this time?
NewFunk/Prince have a SERIOUS habit of promising goods- and taking orders for
them- before thay are even available.

Do not send money for items that are not IN STOCK and ready for shipping.
Credit card orders are fairly easy to straighten out, but some people will
undoubtedly send checks and money orders for those 'soon to be available'
items. Trouble is, if the item you paid for doesn't become available- New Funk
will 'credit your account' for the balance. They may not honor it by the time
something else you'd be interested in is available. (unless you actually want
a moonwrap).
They wouldn't apply my $7 credit from the MPLS single towards Crystal Ball
because they had no records other than the copies of receipts I faxed them that
stated my 'account number' and note of the credit.

Best to order with credit cards if you have to order at all.

Anybody who orders from these clowns deserves exactly what they get-
nothing! Don't come on this newsgroup bitching about not getting your
NewPowerPak, Beautiful Strange, Come On single, etc. You have been
warned! I never got my Crystal Ball & was charged three times! Getting
anything from 1800NEWFUNK is more trouble than it's worth. It's too hard
communicating with the 5D, although they have no trouble cashing your
checks or charging your cards. Prince is a great artist,but without that
big record company tit to suck on, he has to milk his fans to pay his 5D
nut. Idiot's rule, don't be a fool!

When ordering over the net - always use a big name credit card company.
Said company will have NO problem getting your money back for over charges
(with out interest charged)

Yes - I was also double charged - BUT my MBNA card rep - hooked it up. I
also only used MBNA or Chase to order over the net because of their policies
on returns and disputes with vendors and overcharges.
