OK, I said that I would not do this. That I would let this all blow over.
But I can't. Every 1 is right. But P, this shit ain't right. P, if u R
reading this - this is 4 U
First of all, U wanna come down on every on who has a website dedicated 2 U.
How in the hell does that sound? We R people who dig U so much, that we
spend our hard earned money on a f&*()^%$ site in your honor. U SHOULD B
GRATEFUL 2 the fans who want 2 honor U. We honor U like a GOD, and now it
appears U think U R. Well GOD, U R losing your little disciples very
quickly.
So what. U have a copyright on your music. So, by that right, yes U should B
getting paid 4 it. But why R U coming down on us. We R not Moonraker, KTS
and every other boot company. They should B the 1's U fight. U should B
asking them 4 a profit of sales. But wait, let's go further. U should B
taking action on these so-called people who have stolen the music from U. U
need 2 tighten up the security on your vault, then the boot makers. But does
coming down us gonna help ya out? Is the bootlegging gonna stop now? NOPE.
But let me ask U this, how many CBs have U sold? Sounds like a lot 2 me. I
have every song on CB except 4 4 in my CDR compilations. But yet, when the
damn set hit the stores, I was 1 of those people who were waiting at
midnight 2 fuckin' buy it. U C, I had all the songs and could have easily
had some 1 CDR the 4 I did not have 4 me. But no, I support U as I have
always and will continue 2 do. I BOUGHT IT. Even though my mailed version
was coming, I bought it. I'm glad I did 2 b/c I still have not received my
mailed version.
But let's start a little deeper than that. May B if U were not so fickle,
this would not B happening. There has 2 B a reason why U R the most
bootlegged artist right? Well may B it has a lot 2 do with how U make an
album, then u change your mind and then shelve it 4 whatever reason. Your
fans still want it. We would still buy it. Even if it's more crap like Chaos
& Disorder. (And 4 those who R going 2 email about how C & D was superb or
whatever, please save it. This is only my opinion : ) )
Now let's get on this Free The MUSIC campaign. 2 hell with it I say. U R so
all about being free, letting your music just flow. Well shit has not been
flowing right since U left WB. When U were w/ WB, atleast it guaranteed me a
release from U annually. That means yearly. Since U have been independent,
it literally takes U years 2 finally release it. Now that makes no sense.
All I have heard is that U were going 2 do this and that. And have done none
of it b/c ordering CB was a failure.
Well how about this 4 progress. Please 4give me 4 mentioning another artist
here, but what the hell. 2 words: George Michael. He went through almost
the same thing U did. He got his little deal 2gether now. He even has
website 2 BUY HIS MUSIC AND ASSOCIATE ARTISTS ONLINE. Please take the hint.
Go 2 www.aegean.net or com yourself and check it out. I supported it and
bought a few singles at $1.50 each. Well U R the master of your vault, U
have webspace now....... so what's the deal?
If U freed the music. I would not need 2 buy bootlegs, trade CDs. or trade
CDRs. If a source has music that I want and vice versa. Well the answer is
obvious. We R going 2 trade. Now if U freed the music, no 1 would have 2 do
this. I would not have 2 beg this person 2 copy some associate artist who
flopped and U made crappy music 4 would I? I think not. Because I would b
able 2 go 2 1 source and order it.
I think U need 2 take your ass 2 your vault and chill. Come up with a game
plan and stick 2 it. Don't make something up 1 day, then change it later the
same day. If U R going 2 free the music, then let it go. Put it on sale on a
website. And not some sorry 1-800-WASHEDUP-FUNK. Stick 2 it man. Do not take
a fucking year 2 mail CDs that most of us still do not have from U. If U do
not have them, then email me because I have every associate artists on CD,
including mixes. I'm not saying that 2 gloat, I'm saying it because myself,
like so many of us others here who R being hurt worshipping U, we love U
that much that we buy it. If 1 of your names R on it, or we think U had
something 2 do with it - $$$$ we buy it.
Get your HOUSE IN ORDER!!!!!
