Well, the song was over, T, T, T. if you must know, the song originally had
another "part" to it, sort of a bridge to the chorus, but my buddy Brian that i
recorded it with suggested I cut to the chase, so I did, and the song became
short. I think the original demo I have is about 5 minutes long, and its a
duet with my ex. :-)
>Track 3 just started.. SOunds QUITE Jimi.. That you on GEEtar???????
No, thats my friend Brian who kicks ass on guitar. We were in a band together
for 7 years. That song is one of the songs that our band did.
>Kick sounds great on track 3.. :) I always lovbed a "snappy"
> kick. :)
That's the "Graffitti bridge" Roland R-8.

You must be referring to "Broken Road." You know, I recorded and mixed that
song 6 months BEFORE Loser came out. Notice the distortion on the vocals?
Thanks Camille!
I was Beck before Beck was cool.
Lee.

It was actually mastered by a guy that was using that ultra high tech
"Soundsonics" thingy or whatever the thing they used on That Nat king
Cole/Natalie Cole record. The guy worked at Masterphonics and moonlighted it
for me for 50 bucks. You get what you pay for I guess. The cover was designed
at warner Brothers! heehee.
Sure thing hoss.
>Ya know.. Track 7 sounds Live.. Is it? The "your" vox sound so
>far up there...
Nope...did the guitar, then the vocals and then the vocal overdub.
>Track 8's soundin' wonderfly retro. :) Drum macines kick in some
>cases and LeLeeLee did it right! :) Wait a sec... Drum machine?
>(See, THIS is what makes a song cool) :)
Its the Roland R-8, TT. This track was recorded in 1988. When it wasnt
"retro!" Isnt that funny!
Dang, you really dont like the second one, do ya? Oh well.
