Thanks,
Claude
Hi Claude, I don't think sucha translation exists, it is easy to do bu
it won't make sense or flow like the original. Unless you use a
different story like:
Sophie was sweeping a house and she came accross a mouse etc..... ha
ha
jg
I'll try to wing it, haha ( although I'm gonna leave the mouse out
of my version : The little devils bug me and I recently had to use
"Mouse-Away" ( It did the trick by the way--Just repels them doesn't
kill them ) to chase them out of my attic):
Zosia, Zosia, took a broom and swept the kitchen
Then she, then she, called up Matt ( Rosinski maybe?) , a young
musician
(Repeat those two lines)
Matthew , Matthew, come and help me with the cleaning
Then I'll, then I'll, treat you good--You get my meaning?
( Repeat those two lines)
Mama, mama came home late, turned on the light and
Then she , then she , saw a really naughty sight
(Repeat those two lines)
Matthew, Matthew, what on earth are you two doing?
Mama, mama , we're just lyin' down, no fooling
( Repeat those two lines)
"Matthew, Matthew, what on earth are you two doing?
Mama, mama , we're just lyin' down, no fooling"
Come on Joe, have you forgotten what rhymes with DOING, say
it!!!!!!!!!! -CREWING
haha jg
Leave it you , John, to create the "nie dla malych dzieci" version
(LOL)
John, I had no idea the "calujecie" means what you said.
Now when many years ago my future mother-in-law asked what I was doing
with her daughter and I said my tylko calujecie, and she looked
disgusted, now I know why.
haha ed
Gratefully yours.
Claude
Sophie, Sophie, Sophie, swept the kitchen
And Mat, and Mat, and she called Matthew
Sophie swept the kitchen, and she called Matthew
Mother, mother, mother, lit the lamp
And Mat, and Mat, and she saw Matthew
Mother lit the lamp and saw Matthew
You Mat, you Mat, you Matthew, what are you doing
So that, so that, so that, Sophie you are kissing
You Matthew what are you doing so that Sophie you are kissing
