Well, Phil does not have an email account, so your best bet is to write to him
in care of Atlantic Records in New York if you live in the US, or in care of
Virgin Records in the UK. Atlantic sends all fan letters over to his personal
business office once a week, and they are answered as soon as they are
received. Anything personal is forwarded on to Phil himself. You will see
various London addresses for him listed on the web; be aware: those are
management addresses, and they do not particularly appreciate receiving fan
mail there. You really need to avoid sending fan mail to them.
Hope this helps,
Rudi

Oh, sorry. In the US Atlantic owns East-West, (it's a subsidiary) so I just
assumed Virgin did too in the UK.
Well, the rest of the advice still stands.

Can't you also write to him at Hit&Run?

Well, you can, but they are the management office I mentioned in my first
post. They don't have the staff to answer fan mail, and don't really
appreciate receiving fan mail there. It's a fairly small office, dealing with
promotion and song publishing. I don't recommend sending fan mail there.
Just my opinion. :-)

I don't actually plan on sending anything anywhere but I read on some
web page that was the contact address, but I think you mentioned that
web pages had these dubious links so I'll suddup now :)
So is Phillip Collins Ltd. management or is that just so Phil doesn't
pay taxes on his expenses?

PC Ltd. is a publishing company. I think Phil pays taxes just like you and
me. :-)) If I understand this correctly, living in Switzerland doesn't
automatically keep you from paying taxes. I *think* you have to live there 5
years before you can even claim residency. Maybe somebody who knows the law
better than I do can help me out here.

I'm saying please don't send ANY fan mail to H&R, even if you qualify it by
saying c/o Annie Callingham. And since somebody is gonna say "Who is Annie
Callingham?" I'll tell you:she's Phil's PA (Personal Assistant). She is in
charge of anwering fan mail for him. But she would prefer you send your fan
mail to Atlantic and East-West, rather then H&R. (Hit and Run.) So would H&R. <G>
