I have a rare photo of Phil Collins

The photo I have was given to Rusty Lowry by Phil. Rusty worked Phil's concert many years ago in Dallas Texas. Rusty was the lazer light technician at the time working for Varilight/Showco. The photo is of Phil wearing a wig with a yellowish colored suit on. I would very much like to get that photo signed if at all possible. I am also a drummer and I have admired Phils playing for many years. This would mean a great deal to me if he could do that for me and then send it back to me. I would be happy to send a self addressed/stamped envelope so that Phil would not have to pay for the postage.
