Lyrics wanted: "Habibe" - Big Blue Ball

Of the various songs on Peter Gabriel's compilation CD "Big Blue
Ball," I find perhaps the most irresistible and funky beat is the one
we hear on "Habibe." I'd *love* to get a translation of the lyrics
there, sung by Natacha Atlas, if only to be sure that I'm not grooving
to a song meant as an angry outburst at an unfaithful lover or
something. I've found that the word "Habibe" itself does mean
"beloved" or "lover," and I want to know what the song is actually
about.

When I heard Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan's "Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan | Kehna
Ghalat Ghalat Chupana Sahi Sahi," it sounded so happy and joyful that
I was startled to learn it was actually a dirge about a man whose
heart was broken. I'd like to know if "Habibe" is actually a song of
joy, or if it's a lament.
