PSB DEMOS

Hi there,
I've recently bought the PSB bootleg vinyl album 'The abbey road demos'.
It has demo versions of: It's a sin, Rent, You know where you went
wrong, I want to wake up, What have I done, It couldn't happen here, One
more chance, King's Cross, Jealousy and an instrumental called James
Bond (for 'Living Daylights film - but never used). Personally i can't
hear much difference between the demos and the proper versions, and the
James Bond tune is just an intstrumental of 'This is the place
(Behaviour cd) with the words James Bond thrown in by Chris. Does anyone
know anything about this LP? Is this a hoax? Would appreciate if someone
in the know would let me know!
Also, does any one know the current/going price for the original 2 X
12" Before (promo?). I mean the one with the naugty blue cover (only a
few copies distributed to djs in the UK)
