Apparently, Loaded have stated that Chris Lowe's hat is 'in'. Match that
with the 80's sound revival in the charts and it could be happy days for PSB
again...

Which hat would that be? Or do they mean Chris's hat in the generic
sense? Anyway, I'm surprised the PSB are even mentioned in Loaded.
