Ooo lala! The Ten Club is offering all active members a chance to purchase a
pair of tickets to see Pearl Jam live in Seattle for a pre-tour, benefit show
on December 8, 2002. We have reserved 500 pairs of tickets for you lucky fans,
because we think you deserve to be there.

This will be a lottery drawing, so all you have to do is enter. But before you
do, please make ABSOLUTELY, POSITIVELY sure you will be able to attend the
show, as no refunds will be issued.

We will randomly select 500 entries. If you are selected, you will be contacted
and instructed on where to send your payment for a pair of tickets to the show.

Submit your entry to win a chance to buy Pearl Jam tickets at:
con...@tenclub.net In the subject line of your email write the words "Key
Arena". In the body of this email, PLEASE INCLUDE ONLY YOUR NAME, ADDRESS,
DAYTIME PHONE NUMBER AND EMAIL CONTACT. The deadline for entering this lottery
is October 28, 2002 at 5 pm PST. This is an online offer only. It will not
affect your ability to purchase Ten Club tickets to future tours.

The following rules apply:

* You MUST be an active fan club member as of 10/22/02.
* You MUST show picture ID when receiving tickets at the box office. No
exceptions.
* Tickets distributed through this lottery CANNOT be re-sold. These tickets
will be monitored and any re-selling could result in termination from the fan
club.
* One entry per fan club member, please.

Official Rules

This is a drawing to be eligible to purchase two tickets to the December 8,
2002 performance of Pearl Jam at the Key Arena in Seattle, WA. The price of
each ticket is $36 USD plus applicable fees and taxes. Five hundred (500)
entrants will be selected by random drawing to purchase the tickets. This
drawing is void where prohibited. No purchase is necessary to enter, but
winning entrants will not receive tickets. Winners are eligible only to
purchase tickets at the stated price. Entry To enter you must be at least 18
years old and a registered member of Ten Club as of October 22, 2002. You must
send an email with the words "Key Arena" in the subject line and include your
full name, mailing address, daytime telephone number and email address to the
following address:con...@tenclub.net. Entries will be deemed to be made by the
holder of the email account sending the entry. Only one entry per person will
be accepted. Your participation constitutes your acknowledgement and acceptance
that you agree to these terms and rules of entry.

Deadline To be eligible for participation, entries must be received by 5:00
Pacific Time on October 28, 2002. Winners will be selected by Wednesday October
30, 2002 and notified immediately by email. Chances of winning are dependent on
the total number of entries received.

Notification Winners will be contacted at the email address stated on their
entry ñ such winners will have forty-eight hours to respond, or else Ten Club
will select the next randomly generated entrant from the list.

Claiming Tickets The tickets made available for purchase by winners are not
transferable and not for resale. Winners will receive confirmation of their
ticket purchase, and will be required to pick up their tickets at the venue
prior to the show. Valid photo I.D. will be required to pick up your tickets.

Publicity By participating in this drawing, you agree that the Ten Club, LLC
may use your name and hometown for publicity and advertising purposes without
additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

Eligibility Employees of the Ten Club, Pearl Jam and its management company are
not eligible to enter.

electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion,
defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or
unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical,

malfunctions or limitations of any kind, or inaccurate transmissions of or
failure to receive entry information by Ten Club, LLC on account of technical
