I just saw the Inside The Actors Studio with Sean Penn. I've always admired
his acting- and directing-abilities. What I saw tonight re-affirms this.
What a strong person, with much integrity and heart. Then I saw Ed sitting
in the public sporting a Daltrey look :) and I thought this makes soo much
sense. What they both stand for, integrity, heart, they both have the same
sort of personality.

I love the ITAS series and this one with Sean Penn is way up there. Last
week I saw Harrison Ford....that one would be my second favorite up untill
now. And I haven't even seen the ones with DeNiro, Pacino, Walken and Duvall
!! Hoping to get to see those very soon as well. Taping them all ofcourse
for later enjoyment.

I'm not a "rant" kinda person, but I just *had* to this time.

The one with Mike Meyers was definitely the best!

Denis Leary! Man he's funny.
Case in point: It's always the yogurt sprout eating motherfuckers who
get run over by a bus driven by a guy who smokes three packs a
day...'sorry officer I didn't see him I was too busy SMOKIN!!'
No Cure for Cancer is a great album.

i didnt mean to reference him...in the sean penn actors studio the guy asks
sean about diff kinds of movies. he says there are some for entertainment,
like 2 hookers and an 8 ball, cheap and meaningless fluff for fun, and then
theres the films he does, which make you think or are heavier or have
developed stories or whatever. then at the end of the interview the guy
asks sean what he hopes to see in heaven when he dies and sean thinks and
then says...'two hookers and an 8 ball'. its a cool moment.

Oh, ok. It's just when I hear '2 hookers and an eight ball' I think
of Denis. Sean Penn is great, he did an interview in Details mag a
little while ago which was pretty good. I thought his work in U Turn
was great; he managed to convey a real sense of desperation (is
everybody in this town on drugs?).

Excue me, I hear the doorbell, must be the hookers and eight ball I
ordered over an hour ago...not a bad thing, cause now they're free!

lol ! And at the end when Lipton asks Penn what he wants God to say
when he arrives at Heaven's gate...."the 2 hookers and 8 ball are here
already, so common in".

That had me in tears :))
