Those are the names the band members to register their music for publishing.
(It identifies who is on "the books" for writing a particular song.)
Innocent Bystander= Eddie's register
Write Treatage = Stone's register
Scribing c-ment = Jeff's register ... and so on.
No, its not an actual company, its just called that.. You need a name to
register (or protect) your music through ASCAP, i forget what that stands for
I "think" i could be wrong though, it stands for
American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers.
It is a membership society, which most artists are apart of, it protects the
rights of its members and makes sure royalties are paid for any material used
by the licensed members.
It basically makes sure you get credit for your work.
