Does Eddie do drugs????

Something tells me that he does, and that when he was telling Stone that
he "doesn't do that shit" he was being facetious. I have one boot from
the Bay Area where he said that if anyone would be willing to give him
some good acid, and they wrote a song whilst on it, he'd give the person
co-credit for the song.

Not that this constitutes anything resembling definitive proof, but I
rather suspect that most of the guys in the band do at least some drugs.

I guess my question is why do YOU believe so firmly that he doesn't?
Moreover, why would it be so awful if he did? I think I'd prefer it if
he laid off the bottle and smoked more grass, since it's a lot less
dangerous (in the short term).

Please, name the sources... don't just say that you have them. I can't
accept anyone's word as truth and I don't know to what extent I'll
believe an article. Articles, though, are more than someone saying, 'I
seem to recall when someone said....'

Also...on Much Music (Canada's Video Station) Eddie was on and he mentioned
an upcoming Henry Rollins show he said:

I have this interview on video.

So whether Eddie does drugs (and I'm sure he does-doesn't everybody :-)
he certainly endorses them.

ev has admitted in articles that he does get high.
in one article, i think it was in spin(??) he
was complaining abt not being able to get high
and listen to his own music like he could do w/
some of his fave bands

also, to whoever wanted to know where ev was born..
he was born in evanston,il (near chicago) he now
lives in san diego beth is his girlfriend and they've
been liviung together for 9 years.

I agree! I heard that Courtny Love checks out stuff about her band. If
Pearl Jam are reading, please post! We love you guys! We are like another

In the easter concert eddie sings
"fact I got two, that's OK man, cause I love FROGS"
That has been discussed on this group by people who didn't
know the words...of course it's also the name of the band!
Who knows.
