I bought this bootleg mainly for;
Sometimes
Animal
Nothing As It Seems
In Hiding
Leatherman
Sonic Reducer
If they had somehow done 'leash' this concert would have been the ultimate.
Anyway - throughout the night Eddie made remarks like, "Man, we couldn't
wait to get the F--- out of Raleigh', and 'This is one of our favorites song
so we sure as hell werent going to play it in Raleigh' - Do you think they;
1. Hate Raleigh
2. Had a bad experience there
3. Fans were not supportive/didnt cheer/ didnt show up
4. Just pandering to nearby town of Charlotte

I was at the Raleigh show. It was solid. Nothing extraordinarily
spectacular, but nothing horrible. I doubt anything done/not done by the
crowd soured Pearl Jam to that city. I hope.

There were other shows in the past where Eddie would say stuff like
"this is the first time we've played this song this tour...we'll we
played it the other night in (insert city here), but they don't count."

No biggie, just rock star mumbo jumbo on the mic.

when ed was on stage in houston he yelled, "FUCK DALLAS!", he turned away for a
few sec. and then said, "oh shit, we have to do dallas on the 2nd leg", of
course after he said fuck dallas, the crowd went pretty crazy.

ive always wondered why "rock stars" have this sort of crazy power with cuss
words. all ed has to do is walk on stage, step up to the mic and say, "fuck"
"fuck" "fuck you" "fuck", and im sure the crowd would go nuts. i think its
pretty funny the few times hes done things like this.

Dude, your posts are hilarious. I feel like I am stuck in a PJ game show, or
maybe an AP Pearl Jam exam from high school :)

Congrats on your first show!

Most of the fans in the front were the same people that were in the front at
Raleigh. I think he was saying bad stuff about Raleigh to tease us. The
crowd in Raleigh was really great too.
