Hi all, I've seen Pearl Jam being advertised for Sep19th '03 in POP
Bercy,Paris.
But can't find any official comfirmation of this on the PJ web sites.
Does anyone have any other info on a euro tour?

OK here's what I know about the European tour

1) nothing's official, but according to sources (such as PJ's Italian
booking agency) it will happen

2) There should be three dates in Italy, they would also play Poland,
Germany, Belgium and Paris (Sep 19th)

3) The tour would start mid-september up to the end of the year,
possibly into 2004 (even if it's not likely to me)

4) Once again, nothing's official

Yes, and the Paris date was in the calender of a ticket company.

I did not see anything about Belgium yet, but Germany was more specific
Berlin, and in Italy they'd play three different cities.
Yesterday someone found two more dates on a site: 13 and 14 September in
Greece, probably Athens.

I'd guess September into October. It's never more than 6, 7 weeks.

>4) Once again, nothing's official

No, but the rumors are adding up now, so that's a good sign :)

groetjes,
Mirella :)

What about the UK? Do you think they'll play here?

They've never skipped the UK, so it would be weird if they did now. I'm
more worried about my own country, The Netherlands. Bands are known to
skip my country, or have bad luck. For instance, R.E.M. has cancelled so
many times now, it's unbelievable.

Thanks for that. It gives me some hope.

AFA Belgium is concerned, I have my sources ;-) Actually the manager of
the biggest independent record store chain in Belgium told me there
should be a show in Belgium end of September, probably at Antwerp's
Sportpaleis (which is the shittiest venue ever btw).

I'll post more when I know more...

Hi guys,

I've been out of it for a while. I just haven't had time to keep up with all the threads, so I'm
trying to be selective.

Anyway, I'm just listening to my bootleg of Brisbane 1 and it's sending shivers down my spine. I
don't care if I'm just hearing a rehearsal. It sounds great to me =)

Anyway, I recieved an email tonight from someone who has given me a lot of good info recently
(including the one off, tiny Audioslave gig at the Astoria in London). Basically it's tentative info
of a full European tour. I don't know how close to final the dates are, or even if they're real, but
as I say, my pal isn't one to lead us up the garden path.

So here's the mail:

here we are, boys and girls. not confirmed - could be
postponed till 2004. i guess it depends whether they
feel up to it after the 2nd US leg.

xx

I know, but unfortunately this was a joke. My very reliable source fell
for it as well..
Stay tuned for the real dates :)

Today I found out that the Bercy calender skipped the date (sept 19th)
that Pearl Jam was listed. That is not a good sign.
Other than that I have no information.
