Great to see another tour happening.
Haven't got to see him again since mid 80's.
I think it woz the "Trans Global Unity Express" Tour.
Does anyone remember that ? Have I got the name right?
Anyway, I caught it in Brighton. Absolutely *brilliant*
I gotta get RAH tickets and like most of u lot heard it first from Woking
Class Hero so again

Was Brighton the last gig they ever did or did they add an extra London gig
after that?

That's right. The gig I saw was the last Jam one.
I *think* they had that tours fixtures to end at Wembly (the "Grand
Finale"!) but announced (stangely) at the last minute that they would do one
more at The Brighton Centre.
All this has made me nostalgic and I think I'll go off now to look for my
programme and t-shirt from the gig ;o)

I read that they intended it to finish at the Guildford gig, their local
venue....but the money from the Brighton gig was too much to resist.

I saw it at The Michael Sobell Sports Centre in Finsbury Park. The support
groups were the (rockabilly) Rimshots and......wait for it....Bananarama.
Those were the days. Bananarama 'sang' four songs to a backing tape and
thankfully walked off.
