Jam @ the BBC DVD

After the brilliant "Complete Jam" DVD, why doesn't the BBC go into
their archives and put together a Jam DVD of Top of the Pops
appearances as well as material as yet unreleased like Swap shop & Get
Set for summer.

Also, has anyone noticed that the sound on the early Jam promo videos
(upto Going Underground) from the "Complete Jam" DVD is quite muffled.
Does anyone know why is wasn't overdubbed with remastered sound?
Compare your cd's to the DVD and you will hear what I'm talking about!
