This auction includes two out of print American promo only CDs of cover songs
released by The Jam and Paul Weller solo in 1992. THE FIRST CD: is a sampler of
the Jam from "Jam covers" and includes the band performing 6 songs-- the
Beatles song "And Your Bird can Sing"; James Brown 's "I Got You (I Feel Good);
Curtis Mayfield 's "Move on Up";The Who 's "Disguises" ; The Who 's "So Sad
about Us" and The Chi-Lites "Stoned out of My Mind". ****THE SECOND CD: is of
Paul Weller solo covering other artists and includes 5 songs-- Lennon &
McCartney 's "Don't Let Me Down"; Neil Young 's/CSNY 's "Ohio"; Dave Mason 's
"Feeling Alright" as well as Paul's own song "Into Tomorrow". The CDs came in
the thinner CD single type jewel boxes and, as they were promo only, did not
include any sort of cover sheets/liner notes. These have never been played.
