Toss up between "Manteca" by Dizzy Gillespie, "Alfie's theme" by Sonny
Rollins, or Paul's "It Just Came to Pieces in My Hands".

Well, the whole PW album is really strong, to the point where album-wise
it's the best that Paul's ever done (better even than All Mod Cons and The
Gift), but there's something magical about It Just Came To Pieces...

Oh, and add Booker T. and the MG's "Green Onions" to my best list.
