Some shops don't even have the standard version (yet), so they're charging
the usual price for the special one.
I actually bought it in Woolworths - not something I'd usually do - because
of the promise of a cheap copy of Days of Speed if you bought them both.
Unfortunately, the branch I went to didn't have any of Days of Speed in
stock. So it was all a bit of a waste of time.

Yes there is. It's called Modern Classics and it came out in 1998.
It has the singles from his first four solo albums on it: there's been
another album since but that wasn't particularly good.
Oh, and if you haven't got anything by the Jam, you should.
