As this is a Paul Weller Newsgroup, shall we have a "my favourite PWQuotes"
bit?
It's just an idea but this newsgroup is a bit thin for related material.
One of my favourite PW quotes is:
When asked by Jackie Brambles on Radio 1 in 1993 about his "political
lyrics" and then saying "have you taken a back seat from the political
scence then?"
He replied (in a really shitty voice)
"I'm a musician, not a politician. I write about what I feel like and leave
all the other crap up to the people in the Houses of Parliament"
She instantly shut-up and he played another live track.
Nice one.
