More Wood ......Help !

Hi all

I wonder if anyone could help me tell me where I would be able to buy the cd
version of "more Wood".
A friend of mine had his copy stolen and is struggling desperately to
replace it, but is having no luck.
I have searched the online shopping such as Amazon etc but just cannot find
a copy anywhere.
Please could anyone help?
