Uh yeah. We've got a HUGE fan club. Just send me a check for your $100
membership fee. That's the ticket!

Are, but here you don't get sent a goodie back with stickers and sweeties,
and you don't even get sent membership card. Pretty lousy fan club if you
ask me.

Hey, Ed, we all got our membership cards. You mean you didn't get yours?
Did you complete the application and send it in with your fingerprints?

Better hurry...next month is the start of the big annual Paul Simon
look-alike contest. You don't want to miss that! We had a ball last year,
didn't we?

Well, I sent in a photograph for the records but they didn't like my suit.
Said I was a spy. Anyway, the whole form got returned with a big red X
through is and since then I've been eluding the News Group police by
dressing up as an orang-utan and acting spceptical

There is an online fan club at
http://myclubs.excite.com/mycomm/browse.asp?cid=.vtwqIMnLqXI. It is
moderated by a German woman named Evelyn, who occasionally posts here. I'm
not really into fan clubs per se so I don't know too much about its contents
and activities, but you might want to check it out.

Yeah, except for the women. We were disqualified, based on gender. Boo,
hiss. But Eddie S. came, & he won by a landslide anyway. He even won the
sound-alike contest. Cathy

I founded the Dutch Paul Simon Fanclub Margaret
mentions above, in 1989 with Joost Lenders. It
existed for about 6 years. As a sort of
continuation Joost has a Paul Simon site at
