PANTERA: where does the name come from ???

Pantera originally started in Pantego, Texas which has nothing to do with
the name. Pantera means Panther in Spanish. Their original logo was of the
Panther too.

Wherever they come from, fine. PANTERA still means PANTHER in spanish...
and if you look at the early album covers, there is a panther intertwined
with the logo.
